  When is a Team Eliminated from the Super Bowl XLIII marketplace?
  
  A team is eliminated from our marketplace when they are mathematically eliminated from the 2008 NFL Playoffs. At this point, they have no chance to advance to these events. At the moment it becomes official, the team will be eliminated from our marketplace.
   
  For the teams that advance to the playoffs, we will eliminate the teams that lose when the clock hits 0:00 in the 4th quarter of the Conference Championship games. It is important to note that a team will not be eliminated until this point. For example, if a team is losing 28-7 with 2:00 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter, the marketplace will remain open. This team will not be eliminated until the clock reaches 0:00. We recommend that you monitor the playoff games closely and pay close attention to your active Bids-to-Buy or Offers-to-Sell in the marketplace. There are usually a high volume of transactions during the playoff games. There will be no refunds if your Bid-to-Buy transacts during the game before the team is eliminated.
  
  When does a Market Close for the Super Bowl XLIII marketplace?
  
  For Super Bowl XLIII, when the clock hits 0:00 in the 4th quarter of the 2008 NFL Conference Championship Games, each team's marketplace will close. The losing teams are eliminated from the marketplace. The winning DIBZ holders then have the right and obligation to pay face value for their tickets.
  
  How and When will Tickets be Fulfilled for the Super Bowl XLIII marketplace?
  
  At the close of trading for Super Bowl XLIII, the winning DIBZ holders will automatically be charged the face value for the tickets. If your credit card is declined, you have 48 hours to resolve this matter, or else you run the risk of forfeiting the tickets.
  
  Fulfillment for Super Bowl XLIII tickets is yet to be determined. Details of fulfillment will be posted at www.FirstDIBZ.com when they are determined, as well as emailed to all winning DIBZ holders.
  
  What is a Super Bowl XLIII DIBZ?
  
  Super Bowl XLIII DIBZ give you the right and obligation to purchase face value tickets to see your team play in Tampa, Florida at Super Bowl XLIII if they qualify.
  
  For example, you can buy 4 Super Bowl XLIII DIBZ for the Indianapolis Colts. If the Colts make it to Super Bowl XLIII, your 4 DIBZ give you the right and obligation to pay face value for your tickets and you will be on your way to cheering for the Colts in Super Bowl XLIII .
  
  From the day you buy your DIBZ until your team is eliminated or the market is closed you have the ability to sell your DIBZ in our marketplace. Or, if you hold on to your DIBZ and the Colts don't make it to Super Bowl XLIII, there is no refund of the price paid for the DIBZ and you will not receive tickets to the game.
  
  What is the Maximum Quantity of Super Bowl XLIII DIBZ I can buy?
  
  Maximum of 8 DIBZ per household in each marketplace for Upper Level.
  Maximum of 4 DIBZ per household in each marketplace for Lower Level.
  
  *A marketplace refers to individual teams, as well as individual games for each team.
  
  What is the Face Value of the Tickets I buy with my Super Bowl XLIII DIBZ?
  
  As established by the NFL. Estimated to be ~$700-$900 based on previous years.
  
  What are the transaction fees in the Super Bowl XLIII marketplace?
  
  7% for buyers
  10% for sellers
  $5 Minimum
  
  What happens to my DIBZ once a market succeeds?
  
  When a particular DIBZ succeeds, it will no longer be listed in your "Current Holdings." Go to "Order History" and you will now see the inventory listed in black. You will receive an e-mail notification within 48 hours from FirstDIBZ confirming your status as a winning DIBZ holder and fulfillment details will follow shortly thereafter.

  What is "Super Bowl XLIII" DIBZ from the fans?
  
  Super Bowl XLIII DIBZ From the fans gives you the right and obligation to purchase face value tickets to see your team play in Super Bowl XLIII.
  
  For example, you can buy DIBZ for the Indianapolis Colts. If the Colts, make it to Super Bowl XLIII your DIBZ give you the right and obligation to pay face value for your tickets and you will be on your way to cheering for the Colts at Super Bowl XLIII.

There will be no refunds if your Bid-to-Buy before the team is eliminated.
  
  When does a market close for the Super Bowl XLIII Game?

  Funds for uDIBZ markets will be released at the conclusion of the championship event (i.e. World Series, Super Bowl, etc.).  Prior to the conclusion of the championship event, all funds will be marked as pending in your 'Wallet.'  Upon the conclusion of the championship event, you may use funds for new bids or transactions, or you may request a withdrawal.
