How are Prices for DIBZ determined?

Prices are simply determined by the forces of supply and demand. FirstDIBZ marketplace uses the same type of bid/ask technology as traditional stock exchanges to arrive at market based pricing. FirstDIBZ has NO principle position in the market, and merely facilitates the trade. The initial issuance price of a DIBZ is determined by the entity that holds the rights to the underlying event tickets.

What if an event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled?

In the event a DIBZ is converted into a ticket for a scheduled event, FirstDIBZ is not responsible for any refunds in the event of any cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of such event. However, refund policies of venues and event sponsors in such circumstances vary. Please contact the appropriate venue or event sponsor to verify its refund policy, if any. In no event shall any refund exceed the face value of the ticket.

What if I don't like my seat assignments?

FirstDIBZ is only responsible to ensure that you have seats to the specified event as outlined on the DIBZ. We are not responsible for specific seats within these zones or sections.

What is the refund policy?

All sales of DIBZ are final. No refunds shall be given by FirstDIBZ, the venue or event sponsor for any amounts paid for DIBZ, including, without limitation, any service charges or fees. Further, you acknowledge and accept the risk that a purchased DIBZ may expire and never be converted into a ticket for a scheduled event.

* In the UFL market only, if the purchased city is not chosen to participate in the 2008 UFL season, the amount paid for the DIBZ tied to those non-participating cities will be credited back to the purchasers account.

How are disputes handled?

Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. For additional information on this topic, please read our User Agreement.

Are you able to withdraw funds after making a deposit from your credit card?

Any funds deposited into your Wallet today via credit card may not be withdrawn for 15 days. Additionally, you may not deposit an amount that would cause your account balance to exceed $2,500.00. However, any proceeds from the sale of DIBZ may still increase your balance past this limit and can be withdrawn at anytime.    

How do I make a purchase?

In order to make a purchase, you must be a registered member on FirstDIBZ.com. After you have selected your event/sport, team, and quantity, you can purchase DIBZ 2 different ways:

1. You can make a purchase by hitting the "Buy" button next to a given Offer-to-Sell. If available your purchase will instantaneously transact at the price indicated.

2. You can also submit a Bid-to-Buy at a price below the lowest Offer-to-Sell posted in the marketplace. In that case, your bid is held in the system as an active bid, until you cancel or modify that bid, if a seller meets your bid price, your purchase will transact. If no Offer-to-Sell order is placed at the price that you have Bid-to-Buy, no transaction will take place and your Bid-to-Buy order will remain live until the close of trading for that market.

How do I find a DIBZ for a particular Team on the site?

On the (Left hand side of the) Homepage, click on the Event or Team you are looking for and you will find a drop-down box that directs to your event or team. Once you have selected the event or team you will then be directed into the DIBZ market for that specific team/event.

What if there are not any Offers-to-Sell for the team/event I am interested in?

The system allows users to place Bids-to-Buy on events they desire even if there are no Offers-to-Sell. In many cases, those who hold DIBZ will check the market and be prompted to post their DIBZ for sale, now having seen interested buyers in the market.

What is a Bid-to-Buy?

When you place a Bid-to-Buy in the system, you are telling the market you are willing to commit a given amount of money for a DIBZ. In the event someone who currently holds those DIBZ, accepts your price (through an Offer-to-Sell) your order will transact immediately. You can place Bids-to-Buy in markets with no Offers-to-Sell in hopes a market develops. Before your Bid-to-Buy is placed in the market, you must agree to the terms and conditions on the confirmation page.

Please note that if your Bid-to-Buy transacts anytime before the market closes or a specific game does not take place you will not receive a refund. Be sure to read the terms and conditions of a Bid-to-Buy very carefully to understand how it works in our system.

How do I place a Bid-to-Buy in the Marketplace?

1. Register or Login
2. On the (left hand side of the) homepage select the event or team you desire.
3. Click on the event or team, and this will bring you into the marketplace
4. In the Grey Box on the (right hand side of the) page enter your "Bid-to-Buy"
5. Select the quantity of DIBZ you are looking to purchase
6. Once you have entered your Bid-to-Buy price and selected the quantity, click Bid to Buy
7. Under "Payment Method" select which method of payment I.E. credit card or your account
8. Complete the security step by typing the letters you see in the banner
9. Read the paragraph explaining how placing a Bid-to-Buy works
10. Click on Place Bid to Buy
11. Once your Bid-to-Buy has been placed you will be taken to an the order confirmation page letting you know that your Bid-to-Buy has transacted, or has been placed sucessfully

How do I Modify or Cancel a Bid-to-Buy?

1.     Login to your profile
2.     Click on "My FirstDIBZ"
3.     Click on "Pending"
4.     Select the team/event you would like to modify
5.     Click on the "Sell Tab" to open the Bids
5.     Click on "Modify" next to your holding
6.     Select "Cancel Bid-to-Buy" if you wish to cancel the current Bid-to-Buy
7.     Click on "Modify Bid-to-Buy" if you wish to make changes to your Bid-to-Buy
8.     Click on "Update Order" this will bring you to the "Modify Bid" page
9.     If everything is correct click "Submit"
10.   Click "Back to Market Place" and you can view your new Bid-to-Buy

Is there any minimum Bid-to-Buy price?

Yes. There is a bid minimum of $5 per DIBZ. If your Bid-to-Buy price is well below the current market price of other Bids-to-Buy, your chances of obtaining a DIBZ are greatly reduced.

How do I check the status of my Bids-to-Buy?

1.    Login to your profile
2.    Click on the "Pending" tab this will show all of your current Bids-to-Buy

Why don't I see a specific seat assignment tied to my DIBZ?

When you buy a DIBZ, you are purchasing the right to occupy a seat at a specific event. Your seats will be located in the seating zone detailed on the site under "Seating Zone". You can have as many as 4 seats that are guaranteed to be adjacent to one another.

Why are prices for various Offers-to-Sell listed at different prices if the seats are all in the same section?

The initial issuance prices of DIBZ for any given team are identical until the entire inventory of DIBZ is sold through. Once you own DIBZ, you are able to offer them up for sale at whatever price you would like; this is why certain markets have Offers-to-Sell at different prices. Since the system automatically lists the least expensive Offer-to-Sell at the top of the list, it will be the first DIBZ sold, once a Bid-to-Buy matches the offer price. This encourages fans to offer their DIBZ at prices that are close to the lowest Offer-to-Sell helping establish a "market price" for that specific marketplace.

Who can post DIBZ for sale?

Anyone who has purchased DIBZ in the market can place an Offer-to-Sell. DIBZ can only be bought and sold through www.FirstDIBZ.com.

Am I required to sell my DIBZ?

No, it is up to the discretion of the DIBZ holder whether or not to place their DIBZ up for sale.

What is an Offer-to-Sell?

An Offer-to-Sell is your offer to all buyers in the market to sell your DIBZ at a price you specify.

1. If you want to sell your DIBZ immediately, match the price of the best Bid-to-Buy in that market and your Offer-to-Sell will transact. In the event your market has no Bids-to-Buy, place an Offer-to-Sell at a price that will generate interest from buyers

How do I place an Offer-to-Sell into the system?

1. Login to your account
2. Click on "Holdings" and select the holding you wish to sell
3. In the box on the right side of the screen, enter the price you wish to sell your
    DIBZ at
4. Select the quantity
5. Choose whether or not to break up your order
6. Click on "Offer to Sell"- this will bring you to the confirmation page
7. Click "Place Order"
8. Your Offer-to-Sell has now been placed in the system and you will recieve an email
    confirming your Offer-to-Sell
9. Click on "Back to Marketplace" and you will be able to see your Offer-to-Sell


Keep in mind that if your Offer-to-Sell is not matched with a Bid-to-Buy and the scheduled event is not going to take place or the game is not necessary your DIBZ is no longer of any value. There will be no refunds granted by FirstDIBZ.

How are orders matched in the system?

1. Orders are matched automatically when a Bid-to-Buy and an Offer-to-Sell match on quantity and price.

2. A match can be a function of a bidder clicking the "Buy" button or simply  matching the Offer-to-Sell price with a Bid-to-Buy

3. Once an order has transacted, your credit card is charged immediately and both the buyer and seller are notified via email.

How do I Modify or Cancel an Offer-to-Sell?

1.   Login to your profile
2.   Click on "Holdings"
3.   Select the Holding you wish to Modify or Cancel
4.   Click on "Modify" next to your current Offer-to-Sell
5.   Select Modify or Cancel
6.   Once you have made the changes, click "Update Order"
7.   Review your changes and click "Submit"
    

How do I check the status of my Offers-to-Sell?

1.   Login to your profile
2.   Click on "Pending"

How am I notified when I sell a DIBZ

1.   All transacted Offers-to-Sell will generate e-mail notifications to both the Buyer and the Seller

Important: Please check your profile to verify that your e-mail address is correct

How do I get paid when I sell my DIBZ?

When you sell your DIBZ, the proceeds from that sale are deposited into your account. To withdraw funds from your account please follow these steps:

1.   Login to your profile
2.   Go to MyFirstDIBZ
3.   Click on the "Profile" tab
4.   Click on the "TTRAccount" tab
5.   Select "Withdraw"
6.   Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
7.   Click the "Withdraw" button

Your check will be processed and mailed out 14 days after you make the withdrawal request.
